LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY POLICY
It shall be the policy of the Vancouver Housing Authority to ensure that persons with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) are not discriminated against nor denied meaningful access to and participation in the programs and services provided by the Housing Authority. In order to ensure meaningful access and participation for LEP persons, Vancouver Housing Authority shall notify such persons that language services are available to them at no cost and shall take reasonable steps to see that language services are provided according to the provisions of the Vancouver Housing Authority’s LEP Plan in the link below.
