The VHA partners closely with local private landlords in serving low-income families, elderly people, and people with disabilities. Particularly; through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, local landlords play an integral role in the VHA's mission.

Links to the left will provide information on Section 8 landlord and tenant responsibilities. Landlord Information Packets, Housing Assistance Payment Contract forms, and owner address change forms are available through the Landlord Information link. You can also list vacant apartments.

Direct Deposit
Effective March 1, 2012 you can receive your HAP checks electronically.  To download the Direct Deposit form, click here.
