DOING BUSINESS WITH VHA REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS INVITATION FOR BIDS The Vancouver Housing Authority is receiving bids for Project “201204 – Valley Homestead” until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2012 at the Vancouver Housing Authority front reception desk, 2500 Main Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660 at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. This project is partially financed through the Community Development Block Grant Program with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contract will require the payment and tracking of federal wages thru Davis-Bacon and shall be subject to the regulations of the Department of Labor and Department of Housing and Urban Development. Brief Work Description: Work includes replacement of exterior windows and entry doors, and interior modifications to bathrooms and other interior spaces, including mechanical and electrical upgrades.
