Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers (managed by the VHA)
For low-income families, elderly people, and people with disabilities. Residents pay about a third of their income in rent, and the rest is subsidized by the VHA using funding allocated through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
